These terms apply to the Loop-You website (loop-you.com) and the waitlist sign-up. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Loop-You is a pre-launch wellness and lifestyle app. Right now, only the waitlist is open. The full app is launching September 2026 (subject to change).
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to use the app or pay anything. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@loop-you.com.
Loop-You is in active development. Features, design, pricing, and launch timing may change before we ship. The waitlist incentive ("first 500 members get Loop Plus free for the first year when premium launches") is honoured at the time premium launches, in order of sign-up date.
Loop-You provides general lifestyle and wellbeing suggestions only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. If you have a health concern, talk to a qualified professional.

Loop-You is provided "as is" during the pre-launch phase. To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
